Connect every machine.
Understand every process.
Ecapso Nexis is the industrial connectivity and operations platform for modern manufacturing. Collect reliable data from any machine, distribute it to your business systems, and turn it into real-time operational insight.
From machines to operational insight, in one continuous flow.
- 01Machines
PLCs, meters, sensors and controllers across every plant.
- 02Connectivity
Nexis normalizes industrial protocols into reliable, validated data.
- 03Business systems
Streamed to ERP, MES, CMMS and BI over open standards.
- 04Visualization
Real-time dashboards, alarms and machine status for operations.
- 05Operational insights
Analytics and trends that inform engineering and management.
Two products: Nexis Connectivity and Nexis Visualization.
Products describe what Ecapso provides. Nexis Connectivity is the core product: it collects, validates and distributes industrial data to the systems that already run the business. Nexis Visualization is an optional extension, added only when customers also want their own dashboards and alarms.
Nexis Connectivity
Securely connect PLCs, RTUs, meters and sensors using industry-standard protocols. Validate, normalize and distribute reliable operational data to ERP, MES, CMMS, BI, databases, APIs and existing SCADA.
- OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, REST, BACnet, DNP3, M-Bus
- Edge gateway with buffering, retry and redundancy
- Bi-directional integration with ERP / MES / CMMS / BI
- Works with existing SCADA instead of replacing it
Nexis Visualization
An optional layer on top of Connectivity. Turn already-validated industrial data into real-time dashboards, machine and site status, alarms, trends and analytics, only if you need them.
- Optional, because Connectivity works fully without it
- Real-time dashboards, machine and site status
- Alarm management with routing and audit trail
- Historical trends, KPIs and multi-site rollout
Where Nexis is applied.
Solutions describe the environments Ecapso works in. The platform stays the same; the equipment, signals and operational questions differ.
Manufacturing
Production lines, PLCs, drives and meters connected for machine monitoring, downtime and production KPIs, with ERP and MES integration. Cable manufacturing is one of the concrete use cases.
- PLC and machine data collection
- Line speed, counters and machine status
- Downtime and energy consumption
- ERP and MES integration
Water & Other Fluids
Water supply, treatment, wastewater, pumping stations, reservoirs, distribution networks and process fluid installations connected into one operational data layer.
- Flow, pressure and level monitoring
- Reservoir and pumping station monitoring
- Water loss and abnormal flow monitoring
- Remote infrastructure monitoring
An engineered path from the shop floor to the business.

Native support for the industrial protocols you already run.
From OPC UA and Modbus to MQTT, BACnet and DNP3, Nexis normalizes disparate signals into clean, validated data.
Connect existing machines and turn their operational data into a reliable real-time data layer.
Production lines, PLCs, drives and meters already produce the data. Nexis Connectivity collects it over Modbus and OPC UA, validates it and delivers it to ERP, MES, databases and, when needed, Nexis Visualization.

Connected water and fluid infrastructure in one operational data layer across distributed sites.
Water supply systems, treatment plants, reservoirs, pumping stations, distribution zones and remote telemetry locations rarely share one system. Nexis Connectivity collects data from PLCs, RTUs, meters and sensors across all of them and distributes it to the systems that need it.

Illustrative operational values across a distribution network: source, treatment, storage, pumping and metered zones in one view.
Water loss & network monitoring
Nexis compares water entering a distribution zone with measured consumption. Abnormal differences may indicate leakage, pipe damage, meter problems, abnormal consumption, pressure-related losses or instrumentation issues. Continuous monitoring of flow and pressure helps operators identify abnormal flow differences and prioritize investigation. It does not, on its own, prove a leak.

Abnormal loss
Potential network loss detected. The difference between zone input and measured consumption is widening.

Water treatment & sludge process monitoring
Nexis collects and monitors these signals. Process control stays with the existing PLC, RTU and SCADA layer.

Vendor-neutral. Nexis runs on the industrial infrastructure you already have.
Ecapso is a software company. Nexis is hardware-agnostic: it collects data from standard industrial equipment and runs on common industrial routers, edge gateways and servers, without replacing your existing automation layer.
Hardware is treated as infrastructure, not as a product line. Where a project needs specific field equipment, it is selected per site together with the customer or integrator.
Simple, predictable licensing that scales as you grow.
Start with Connectivity, extend to Visualization when your operations are ready.
